안녕하세요. DSP미디어입니다.
최근 당사 소속 아티스트인 KARD의 노래, 퍼포먼스 등의 창작물을 무단으로 사용하고 있는 사례가 발생하고 있습니다.
이와 관련해 DSP미디어는 해외 어떤 그룹에게도 KARD의 창작물을 사용할 수 있도록 허가한 적이 없음을 분명히 밝힙니다.
아울러, DSP미디어는 현재 해외 어떤 그룹 혹은 기획사 와도 당사 소속 아티스트인 KARD의 콘텐츠를 변형, 혹은 차용할 수 있도록 허가, 혹은 협업을 진행한 적이 없습니다.
KARD 멤버들과 함께한 수 많은 제작자들의 노력이 들어간 창작물을 변형해 손쉽게 이득을 취하는 행위에 대해서는 강경 대응에 나설 예정입니다.
현재까지 확인된 KARD의 창작물에 대한 해외 도용 사례에 대해서는 법적 조치에 나설 예정입니다.
끝으로, KARD의 음악과 퍼포먼스를 사랑해 주시는 분들께 거듭 감사를 드립니다.

Recently, there have been cases of unauthorized use of creations such as songs and performances of our artist KARD.
In this regard, DSPmedia makes it clear that we have never consented to any group to use KARD’s creations.
Also, DSPmedia has not allowed or cooperated with any overseas group or agency to modify or borrow the contents of KARD.
We will take a hard-line response and legal action against the act of plagiarizing the creations which took efforts of many creators along with KARD members themselves.
Finally, thank all of your love of KARD’s music and performance.
