DSP미디어 연습생을 향한 많은 사랑과 관심 감사드리며 서포트 및 팬레터 관련 안내사항을 알려드리겠습니다.
[팬레터 및 선물 안내]
- 팬레터 및 간단한 선물 등은 우편(택배)을 통해 보내주시면, 안전하고 빠르게 전달됩니다.
- 연습생에게 직접적인 팬레터 및 선물 전달은 삼가주시기 바랍니다.

[서포트 신청 방법]
1. 서포트는 해당 연습생 생일에만 진행이 가능합니다.
2. 서포트 절차
- 모든 서포트는 해당 연습생 생일 1달 전 ~ 2일 전까지 메일로만 신청 받습니다.
- 일정 조정을 고려하여 최대한 빠르게 신청해주셔야 원하는 일정으로 진행 가능합니다. (메일이 도착한 순으로 일정 조정이 진행됩니다.)
- 아래 양식에 맞춰 fan@dspmedia.co.kr 로 보내주시기 바랍니다.

[유의사항]
1. 서포트 불가능 항목 : 현금, 상품권, 기프트 카드를 비롯한 유가증권
변질 위험이 있는 음식물, 커피 및 간식차, 도시락 서포트, 모든 종류의 화환
2. 연습생 생일 이외 다른 일정에는 서포트 진행이 불가합니다.
3. 서포트 진행은 회사에서만 가능하며 평일 오전 11시~오후 7시에만 가능합니다.
4. 사전에 메일을 통해 담당자와 협의가 완료된 서포트만 진행 가능합니다.
사전 동의 없이 진행 한 서포트로 인하여 발생하는 불이익에 대해서 DSP미디어는 책임지지 않습니다.
5. 서포트 신청서에 작성된 물품만 전달 가능합니다.
사전 신청서에 작성되지 않은 물품이 있을 시 현장에서 폐기 처분되며, 이후 서포트에 대해 패널티를 부과할 수 있습니다.
6. 담당자 혹은 해당 연습생에게 사인 및 인증과 같은 요구를 하실 시 당일 서포트는 물론, 추후 개인 혹은 해당 팀의 서포트는 받지 않습니다.
7. 사전에 담당자와 협의되지 않은 상태에서 다른 경로를 통하여 관계자, 스태프, 가족에게 직접전달 시 이후 진행되는 모든 팬 활동에 패널티를 부과할 수 있습니다.
8. 파손 및 변질의 위험이 있는 선물을 되도록 피해주시기 바랍니다.
9. 착불 배송료 발생 시 반송 처리됩니다. (EMS 수령 시 세관비용이 발생하는 경우에도 모두 반송처리됩니다.)
10. 서포트 신청 후 3회 이상 취소하실 경우, 해당 서포트 팀 (개인)은 추후 서포트 진행이 불가합니다.
11. 서포트 관련 문의는 오직 메일로만 가능합니다. 전화 및 메시지로는 문의 받지 않습니다.

[Fan letters and presents]
- Please send the fan letters and small presents by mail. It would be delivered safely and quickly.
- Giving the fan letters or presents to DSP Media Trainee’s directly is prohibited in front of the DSP Media company.

[How to apply for fan supports]
1. Dates you can support : DSP Media Trainee’ birthday.
2. Fan support application procedure
- All fan support activities are possible to apply via email from one month before till two days before the date. (Schedules will be made in order of email arrival.)
- Please send the application to fan@dspmedia.co.kr and follow the form.

[Points of Attention]
1. Non-supportable items : Cash, Gift certifications and securities like gift cards.
Foods at rist of peril, Support Truck, Lunchbox Support, All kinds of wreaths.
2. Support activities are not allowed except Trainee’s birthday.
3. Support activities are only allowed in front of the DSP Media office building on weekdays from 11am to 7pm.
4. Only support activities are allowed which discussed with the person in charge through email in advance.
DSP Media will not take any responsibilities for any disadvantage caused by support members without the consent.
5. Only items that have been listed on the applications are acceptable.
Items without listed on the applications will be returned and will also get penalties for your activities.
6. If you request autographs or any other certifications to the artist or a person in change, we cannot accept any support from the person or teams at a later. More, the penalties could be applied in the future.
7. If you try to give some items to the artists, staffs, artists’ family through the channels without prior consent, we would apply the penalties.
8. Please avoid any gifts that may cause damage or deterioration.
9. All items will be returned if it is cash on arrivals or customs costs are required to receive the EMS.
10. Support team or individuals may not be able to attend any activities if you cancel more than 3 times after applying for the support.
11. Only email contact is available regarding to the support activities. Phone and message are not available.
